Adele has practised and studied yoga for 13 years and is constantly developing and refining her approach. Since returning to London Adele has expanded her Yoga teaching by qualifying in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair, Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
She feels that everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice.
Yoga allows a physical and mental transformation – linking mind and body.
In 2011 Adele completed her first yoga training in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in India. This enriching experience enabled her to develop and grow both as a practitioner and a teacher.
In 2017 she returned to India to consolidate and deepen her yoga practice further, thus completing her 500 hour teacher training. This included a research project into how to use yoga practice to prevent and alleviate lower back pain; a common affliction of modern lifestyles.
Adele finds that whether you practice yoga to relax from busy and hectic lifestyles or, as a more experienced athlete, use it more intensively, the benefits include an overall sense of calmness and wellbeing, as well as improved flexibility and performance.
