Adele has studied ballet since the age of seven and as Pilates is synonymous with dance, this means that it has been instrumental in her own training.

Pilates can build strength and endurance whilst also helping coordination and balance. This is achieved, when practiced correctly with guidance, by emphasising alignment and breathing.

Pilates is great for everyone – whether you are recovering from an injury or wanting to reverse the ill effects of sitting at a desk all day.

It can also help the more experienced athlete wanting to take their training to the next level. Pilates can compliment more intense training schedules as well as being used in one to one sessions and for rehabilitation. 

Adele has found that a focused approach to alignment and breath has helped nurture healthier and stronger bodies. 

Her Pilates practice has developed over the years to now offer Reformer, Chair and Cadillac work.
