Adele has trained many women during and after their pregnancy and labour. However, it wasn’t until experiencing childbirth herself with the arrival of her son Stanley in 2019, that she feels she truly understands the positive impact that exercise can have during this time, both physically and mentally.

Everyone’s pregnancy is completely different, some women feel they can exercise, others do not. The main thing is to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. A gentle low impact exercise routine that nurtures and nourishes both mind and body can make you feel better during pregnancy, help with the birth and aid recovery in the fourth trimester.

This is an area that Adele has become increasingly interested in, completing her pregnancy yoga qualification as well as pre and postnatal Pilates.

She can help you develop an exercise routine which works for you at any stage of this journey. She knows from experience that it’s not always easy but with gentle guidance it is possible to get back to feeling as good, and even better, than you did pre-pregnancy.
